Bags larger than 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are not allowed inside the museum.
If the chosen time is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. Therefore, when booking, you acknowledge this possible change, and we are informing you in advance to avoid any subsequent complaints or refund requests, which will not be considered. Example: if you select the 9:00 AM time slot and it is not available, you will be transferred to the next available time, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 3:00 PM.
For last-minute bookings (same day or overnight): in case of lack of availability, the customer will be allocated to the day after the reserved date.
"Skip the Line" means that, instead of waiting in the long regular line, the customer enters a faster, priority line along with other customers who chose this option.
Only the visit to the Mona Lisa is guided and lasts approximately 30 minutes. After that, you are free to explore the Louvre Museum on your own for as long as you like.

To get to this location, you can take Métro Line 1 or 7 to "Palais Royal Musée du Louvre." The meeting point is not located at the Louvre Museum (see your voucher for exact address of meeting point)
