Bags larger than 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are not allowed inside the museum.
If the selected time is unavailable for logistical reasons or ticket office overbooking (for which we are not responsible), the activity will be rescheduled for another time on the same day.
To avoid possible overlaps, we recommend not booking consecutive tours. The customer will be notified in advance.

For last-minute bookings (same day or overnight): in case of lack of availability, the customer will be allocated to the day after the reserved date.
"Skip the Line" means that, instead of waiting in the long regular line, the customer enters a faster, priority line along with other customers who chose this option.
Only the visit to the Mona Lisa is guided and lasts approximately 30 minutes. After that, you are free to explore the Louvre Museum on your own for as long as you like.

Meeting Point

MEET YOUR GUIDE AT 162 RUE DE RIVOLI, IN FRONT OF THE SOUVENIR SHOP TO THE LEFT OF THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE COUNTER. To get to this location, you can take Métro Line 1 or 7 to "Palais Royal Musée du Louvre." The meeting point is not located at the Louvre Museum (see your voucher for exact address of meeting point) Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
